PRIVACY, WITHOUT THE FINE-PRINT FOG.
This notice explains what Pawparazzi collects during the waitlist stage, why we use it, and how you can control it.
What we collect
When you join, we collect your email address, chosen pet, consent choice and wording, signup source, and the date and time of consent.
Why we use it
We use this information to run the Drop 01 waitlist, understand which character people prefer, send launch and product emails you requested, prevent duplicates, and honor unsubscribe or privacy requests.
Where it goes
Waitlist submissions are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database. When Resend is configured, your email is also sent to Resend solely to deliver Pawparazzi emails and manage unsubscribes. We do not sell your personal information.
Measurement
We use first-party measurement to understand visits, approximate active time, scroll depth, sections viewed, device category, operating system, approximate country, referring website, campaign tags, pet selections, waitlist opens, form starts, errors, and completed signups.
A random tab-session ID is kept in session storage so actions can be counted as one visit. A separate random visitor ID is kept in local storage so we can estimate returning browsers and unique devices. It is not a hardware ID and may reset when browser data is cleared.
Analytics records do not contain your email address, IP address, precise location, or a browser fingerprint, and browsing activity is not joined to the waitlist email table.
How long we keep it
We keep active waitlist information while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove or restrict it as required, while retaining only the minimum suppression record needed to avoid emailing you again.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe through the link included in every Pawparazzi marketing email.
- Ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email.
- Decline the waitlist checkbox; it is never selected automatically.
- Clear this website’s browser data to reset the random visitor ID stored on your device.
